    Boat Insurance

Insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your family, friends and boat.  A costly boating accident, fire, raising of a boat or damage to your neighbor’s boat  may cost all your hard earn savings.  It’s a small investment to pay for a good night’s sleep. Please look into it for everyone’s benefit.

    To Pet Owners

In the event of an “accident” made by your pet on the dock, please address it as soon as possible.  Be considerate of your fellow customers on the dock.  Please remember that all pets are required to be on leashes when walking around on the dock, in the parking lot or in and around your boat.

    Boat Ropes - Securing

Most everyone secures their boat with ropes when tied in a dock or slip.  A good habit to incorporate into your routine is the checking of those ropes.  As days go by and waves beat upon your dock and boat, those ropes will tend to become loose.  We all know what happens when this occurs, the ropes come untied and your boat is now free to become damaged by the beating against your dock or float out of the slip completely.  Damages can add up too quickly and range anywhere from $100 to $1000. So as a reminder: Check those ROPES!
